These draft terms outline how THEPOLARITYLIFESTYLE membership works. They are mock content for setup and should be reviewed before accepting paid members.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or joining the community, you agree to these terms between you and THEPOLARITYLIFESTYLE. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. Membership access

Membership gives access to community content, live sessions, resources, and member-only features as made available from time to time. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

3. Community standard

Members are expected to communicate respectfully and in good faith.
Private member content may not be copied, recorded, or distributed without consent.
We may remove content or restrict access if behaviour harms the community space.

4. Payments and cancellation

Paid memberships are billed through our payment provider. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.

5. No professional advice

The platform provides educational and community content around polarity, relationships, lifestyle, and personal growth. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THEPOLARITYLIFESTYLE is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, or outcomes resulting from personal decisions made after using the community or content.
